Privacy Policy

The short version: Square Streak doesn't collect, store or share any of your personal data. There's no account, and there are no analytics, ads or trackers. Your habits sync only through your own iCloud account, which we can't access.

What the app stores

Your habits and their history (names, icons, colors, the days you've marked, rest days, goals and reminder times) are saved on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud database (see below). They're kept in a container shared with Square Streak's widgets so the widgets can show your streaks. Your settings (like appearance and text size) are stored on your device too.

We never receive this data.

iCloud sync

If you're signed in to iCloud, Square Streak syncs your habits and history to your private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit, so they appear on your other devices and come back if you reinstall. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple Account and Apple's privacy policy. It lives in your account, not ours: we can't see, read or access it.

You can stop syncing by turning off iCloud for Square Streak in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → iCloud. To delete synced data, remove it under Manage Storage there.

What we collect

Nothing. Square Streak has no servers of its own, includes no analytics or advertising tools, and doesn't use any third-party code that collects data.

Purchases

Square Streak Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We don't see your payment details or your Apple Account. The app only checks with Apple whether Pro has been purchased on your account.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, they're scheduled on your device as local notifications. Nothing is sent over the internet.

Exporting your data

You can export your history as a CSV file from Settings. The file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to share it.

Children

Square Streak doesn't collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
